Well Hello...I cant believe you actually bothered
to check out this page.
My name is Jimbo.I am 44 Years Old and have been a fan of the band since the Gutter Ballet
days. I remember seeing the video for Gutter Ballet on eMpTyV when they actually played music.I was hooked from the get
go.
I had kinda lost track of them until
a buddy read about them coming to the now infamous "Hammerjacks" here in Baltimore back on the "Streets" Tour.I remember
being floored by what i was hearing.I hadnt actually bought 'Streets" yet until after the show.
The band were telling
my story..
It was amazing!!
Since then they have remained one of my my favorite bands if not THE favorite.
"Somewhere In Time/Believe"... like
so many of there songs have always helped me in times when i was emotionally distraught.
One cant help but listen to
this record and not come away feeling affected by it on some level.
Since then i have made it my mission to collect everything i
could from the band. I think of myself as the "Unoffical" Savatage historian of sorts.
I think i've accomplished that mission......
